Nikon EN-EL14 Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery for Select Nikon DSLR Cameras (Retail Package)

It's a New Nikon Factory battery and it works exactly as advertised. I always prefer factory batteries because the camera warranty still applies if there is a problem caused by the factory battery. This is not the case with a third party battery. You could easily ruin a four hundred dollar camera because you saved five dollars and be left with no warranty coverage. I highly recommend Nikon batteries.

OEM Battery.... holds an amazing charge! I would much rather purchase this battery then have to go back and charge your only battery. Having a spare has been great. With larger SD cards, I shoot a ton of pictures, whether at an amusment park with the family, or any sporting event- and having a spare batery in the bag is huge. This is an Original Nikon Battery, and works perfectly on my D-3100.
